Thankfulness

Dear Supporters of the Eudist Servants,

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, this month’s Eudist Servants update is about giving thanks in our lives. In Psalms 100:4 the Bible tells us to “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise Him.” It is amazing how God made us, in that thankfulness has several scientifically proven benefits including: boosting our mood, improving sleep, enhancing our relationships, supporting our physical and psychological health, mental strength, and improving self-esteem. All, just by thanking God and the people we encounter daily.

We especially want to thank all those involved in our Annual Fiesta Fundraiser at St. James-St. Leo Catholic ChurchA big thank you to those at St. James-St. Leo, our Sisters, associates, volunteers, and donors. The Annual Fiesta raises much needed funding for the work our Sisters do daily, serving the poor. The Sisters are self-supported through the money they/ we raise. We thank our Sisters- the Eudist Servants above all else for their tireless efforts at prisons and in their communities. We ask that you pray consistently for the people they serve and for their work. A few photos from the fiesta appear below. We hope to have more fiesta content in our December addition.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Sincerely,

Eudist Servants & Associate Volunteers
